FASHION SHOOT KATE BRAMWELL COLE

Kate commisioned a set of fashion shots for her new online shop.

Tim Nathan produced stills and an exelent promo video to use on the web and social media.

Sewing and designing from a young age Kate studied fashion at Salisbury Art College. Shortly after graduating Kate moved to York in 1988 and spent many years developing a new growing interest for ceramics concentrating on wheel thrown decorative and functional forms. She has since been selected to exhibit many times at Art in Clay ,Potfest and Ceramics South East and her work has since been shown in galleries both in the UK and abroad. Whilst the ceramics became the main focus during this time Kate never abandoned her passion for clothes design, making garments for herself, her children and on request of her friends. Moving from Hounslow, London to St Leonards on Sea in 2010, Kate found the opportunity to unite both interests by opening a shop in Norman Road, St Leonards.

Individuality and uniqueness capture the essence of Kates work. She doesn't create lines of garments rather an evolving series of one off designs offering that one of one exclusivity. With an emphasis on re-using materials, recycling, dyeing and modifying Kate mainly designs and sews at work whilst continuing to create new glazes and ceramics from her studio at home.
